August 3, 2026Hudspeth fire started on August 1, 2026 and approximately 3 miles southeast of Hunters. The northeastern part of the fire is in the Carpenter Road Fire scar. Fire officials continually assess current and anticipated fire behavior, engaging resources where needed to best meet objectives.
