Three Queens Facebook (frequent video updates).The Three Queens Fire is located on Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest, six miles east of Snoqualmie Pass, in Kittitas County. The fire is burning primarily in high elevation subalpine fir stringers above Lake Kachess. Wind driven fire behavior persists as strong winds push flames across fuels. Fire activity has increased in areas where fuels, wind, and topography have aligned, producing periods of faster fire spread.
