The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) Complex Incident Management Team (CIMT) 3 took command of the Bologna Fire from a local Type-3 organization and the Cottonwood Fire from a Central Oregon Fire Management Service Team (COFMS) type-3 incident management team.
